Hunter Greene is back in Arizona. He said that he can already feel more freedom in his elbow after having had the procedure. He described the pain that he felt with every throw, including bullpens and long tosses, going back to last year. ElAttrache told Greene his case wasn't severe enough to reccomend surgery, which led to the injection in October. The injection just didn't work as the pain returned in February. Now, Greene feels good about the timeline to return in July.

One had this to say: “He was never gonna ‘pass’ a physical …based on where he is in recovery. Something else had to lead to the decision. Do they think he is too far behind in rehab? Don’t like the images of recovery? ..or something else potentially..”

I’m going to go out on a limb here and say Riley never asked to be put in this position. She had two choices to make at this moment: 1. Cower down and accept it. 2. Have the courage to stand up for what is right and fight back. She chose option 2, and I can’t speak for everyone, but I’m very grateful for that. Young girls, as a result, have a role model and advocate fighting to make sure they can compete in a sport they love without having to worry about some dude ranked 400+ in a men’s league coming in and stealing trophies from them, trophies which they worked their entire lives for. Not to mention keeping dudes out of women’s locker rooms; something definitely worth fighting for. Soft and weak “men” like Alex who encourage this insanity are just as much of a problem as the dudes trying to compete with women.
