It's crazy how important good sleep is. If I don't get enough hours, I really struggle with recording videos. I have off days where my posts are just not up to my standard. But when I get 9-10 hours of good rest, I am sharp and record some of the best commentary I'm capable of. I perform, the words flow, I finish fast. Night & day... literally?
