The problem for ADHD brains is that we are not physically capable of sustained motivation after reward collapses in short term, plus we are impulsive eaters. So it's impossible for us to do long term persistent low reward behavior, just like short people can't dunk a basketball no matter how much they train, our brain chemistry and wiring doesn't sustain low reward behavior for long periods for physical reasons. Most people are retarded and don't know this, they think motivation and will come from the spirit realm, not from the physics of the ape brain. They don't understand that the disorder is the physical impossibility of performance itself. This problem comes from humans having a dualist view of themselves. Thinking there is a soul with infinite capacity for motivation and will, and a body with all the troubles of the meat space. The capacity for will and motivation is itself physically embedded in the brain, mitochondria, energy levels, and body. If you're physically wired in some way, persistent effort is simply impossible. Unless you biologically change the system with: Genetic editing Peptides Stimulants Chemical inducing agents Etc Telling an ADHD person to try harder or try diet and exercise or try eat less move more or concentrate or try harder is just like telling a 5 foot 4 dude to dunk a basketball 🏀 except instead of everyone correctly assessing you're evil and mean for requesting, people instead blame the victim because they're been educated to believe in a soul with infinite storage capacity for will and motivation. Of all people on the internet, the second worse, after the crimes against children folk, are the people who tell those with low capacity for will and motivation that they should just try harder.

A darwinist and an anthropologist who doesn't recognize how absolutely stupid what he is saying is, or he's deliberately rage baiting for reactions. Blue is the answer of the true idiot. Altruism is to helping everyone understand "just don't risk your life. There is no upside so just don't participate in the stupid game." Encouraging people to press blue, is encouraging them to risk their lives needlessly. That isn't altruism, that's being an asshole. And you know just as well as I do that when the buttons are being pressed in private, that many people that say they're going to press blue, are going to actually press red. This question is more about how powerfully people want to appear to be moral in the face of an actual moral action. And the only moral action in this case is to decline to play the game. How many parents are going to press blue for their children too young to make a choice themselves? How many parents are going to both press blue and risk leaving their children without family in the world. Effing stupid.

Everyone in the world has to take a private vote by pressing a red or blue button. If more than 50% of people press the blue button, everyone survives. If less than 50% of people press the blue button, only people who pressed the red button survive. Which button would you press?

GLP-1 drugs are good for losing weight People say, "oh you should do it naturally", but nobody does it naturally. GLP-1s are the first sustained drop in the obesity rate ever The costs are $120 - $200/month through online clinics. Or free if your health insurance covers it I lost weight with Tirzepatide. But it did more than that There is evidence that GLP-1 drugs also can cure inflammatory and autoimmune disease Around the age of 41, I began to develop arthritis in my hands. On bad days, it was hard to work (I am a software developer). On the worst days, some of my fingers would stay shut, and not be able to be opened fully I began to worry that I would become prematurely disabled. I went to a rheumatologist, but he didn't want to treat me until the bone damage was enough to show up on an X-ray The drugs that treat arthritis all have harsh side effects. The most effective and modern medicines cost $10,000/month, and insurance is hesitant to buy them I saw that Tirzepatide was in a stage 3 trial to treat psoriatic arthritis. It was being used in combination with Taltz, one of those $10k drugs. But I could afford Tirz and not Taltz, so I decided to try it on its own I gradually lost weight. Also, to my delight, my arthritis attacks got less frequent and severe. After about 8 months I stopped having arthritis attacks. After 12 months, I noticed that I had stopped worrying about it. So, I take Tirzepatide. Probably for life. It costs a bit. And it's a pain to inject every week. But its the best life I can have given my biology. It's been a godsend. I have to work around the medical system to do so. Tirzepatide isn't yet approved to treat arthritis. And the cheap compounding pharmacies live under threat of getting shut down by the FDA. But it's either that or give up using my hands. I'll take the tirzepatide

A common political interpretation of the red button/blue button test, somewhat underscored by the colours matching US political parties, is that red button pressers are hard headed right wing individualists whereas blue button pressers are suicidally empathetic liberals. But… an equally valid interpretation of the result might be “wow, blue consistently winning shows we live in a wonderful high trust society. We should probably preserve that, and not import a lot of people from red button societies”

@diegocaleiro @waitbutwhy the louder you shout blue, the harder you press red. Btw if everyone press red, everyone is saved. There's no need to rely on the ignorance or malice of other humans

Diego: 1. He said mocked. You said publicly hanged. What’s worse? 2. You turned a logic test into a good vs bad test and felt superior to those who saw that, with logic, everyone presses red survives while pressing blue is a Russian roulette. 3. Thank you for demonstrating why the world is currently in such a deplorable state filled with hate. And how sad that you cannot even see it.

@DrDaniS The only moral and logical choice is Blue. Antifungal else means you either don't understand human nature or you legitimately juat hate society and have nothing invested in society. It's actually a great proxy for if you are a high trust individual or a low trust individual.

@corpusavatar @diegocaleiro @waitbutwhy If we all pressed the red button he wouldn't have a cadre of stupid people to defend and a platform from which to 'righteously' commit violence on another group of humans. His world view requires that we all act stupid, so his own mediocrity won't stand out.

@diegocaleiro @waitbutwhy No, we're just more rational then you. When your side cheers the death of Charlie Kirk after a solid decade of driving us out of every social space, the rational move is to be anonymous. And here you are threatening our lives yet again, because you are an evil man. We hate you.

@TheCryptoDaddi There is no reason to eat carbs on Reta. I've lost 22 pounds in a month without eating carbs the first 3 weeks. Carnivore 13 out of 14 meals.

If you’re taking Retatrutide, here are a few suggestions: - Start low. Many people take 5-8 mg of Reta because that’s what studies go up to (sometimes 10-12 mg). Unless you are very overweight and need that amount, you shouldn’t use it. - Eat clean and include carbs. This is especially important if you’re pairing Reta with a peptide like MOTS-c. Your body needs carbs. I personally aim for 200 g daily. - If you’re struggling with sleep on Reta, get 10k+ steps daily. Consider pairing with DSIP (Delta Sleep Inhibitor Peptide), magnesium glycinate, and 0.5-1 mg of melatonin. This has been my nighttime routine and works great. - Most importantly, work out. Reta works well on its own, but its effects are multiplied with a good resistance training program. - Reta raises your resting heart rate by about 5-10bpm. Avoid heavy amounts of caffeine and take about 5-10 minutes a day to focus on your breathing. Sounds ridiculous but it will help you adjust throughout the day when you feel anxiety, I’m sure others have posted similar suggestions, but these are the things that have helped me on my journey.
