Twitter is not real life. People can sound like full-time revolutionaries on here and still go home to very normal, structured marriages. You’ll see someone dragging men on the timeline, sounding like every guy is the problem, then offline she’s married, building with her husband, raising her child, and moving in alignment with him. In Nigeria especially, online energy and real-life choices are two different worlds. The same person saying “I don’t need a man” will still choose a man she respects, a man who is stable, decisive, and ahead of his life. That’s not hypocrisy, that’s reality. So instead of panicking over tweets, watch patterns. Who does she commit to? Who does she submit to? Who does she build with long term? That tells you more than any viral thread. Men need to stop reacting to noise and start studying behavior. Words trend. Choices don’t lie.
