I've always felt that the toughest decisions in business are the ones where there isn't a clearly right answer. Watching Shahbaaz Khan talk about OFF Duty's journey brought that home. The brand had already built strong recognition around denim. But instead of staying in a space that was working, they chose to think bigger and expand into new categories. Looking back, it seems like the obvious move. I'm sure it didn't feel that way at the time. What I liked about this conversation was how honest it was. No grand business jargon. Just a founder sharing the realities of making difficult calls and figuring things out along the way. A good watch for anyone building a brand or business.
