Growth tip #003 for makers building in public: ❌ Don't: throw every feature onto your landing page just because it looks cool. ✅ Do: make it pass the 5-second test. A first-time visitor should know what it is, who it's for, and what to click in 5 seconds. Confused people don't buy, they leave. Does your landing page pass the 5-second test? Im seriously curious how much does everyone spend on subscriptions a month? Right now i think i'm around $160

@ivanricov starting with distribution probably changes what you build first

Growth tip #001 for anyone building apps, SaaS, or side projects: ❌ Don't: leave distribution for after launch. Especially if you don't have a big ad budget. ✅ Do: start thinking about it the day you start building. Pick one or two channels (X, Reddit, TikTok - depends on the app) and build trust + an audience while you build the product. Launch day is way easier when people already know you're coming - and it's what keeps growth going after. Which channel are you building on?

@ivanricov They will be STUPID expensive right now we have them basically free

@OrieanResearch Nano Banana 2 for images and mostly VEO 3.1 for videos (sometimes Kling when I can’t get it with VEO). Tried probably every tool on the market and these work the best for me.

You only need 1000 users paying $9.99/month to hit $10k Mrr. Consider this, we are 8.3 Billion humans. So no excuses & go find your 1000!

@Guronnimo Depends on the price 😄 I’m pretty confident I could convert more than 1% of free users if I had a low ticket offer. But 10 high ticket paying users beat 1000 free users every time.

Would you rather have: 10 paying users or 1000 free users?

@i_mika_el This will be my life for the next 7 days, but yeah, it’s 100% overrated - much better to just enjoy the beach and work later. Pro tip: if you really have to do it pick a rocky beach 😄
