🚨Last publication! . 11 junior cyclists, performed a field-based 8-min TT under “fresh” conditions, or after two work-matched steady-state cycling sessions (total energy expenditure∼20 kJ/kg and ∼100’. Caffeine intake don’t show ergogenic effects on subsequent TT performance
