Iceland is1 gateway will be removed from service on 25 March after the addition of two new servers in Reykjavik. If you connect to is1 using third-party apps or routers, switch to is2 or is3 now to avoid disruption. Complete gateway list with details: ivpn.net/en/status/

@ivpnnet good morning is the system back up and running yet cause I’m having difficulties reconnecting I have restarted my device it finds the server but every server I tried to connect to the IP just keeps spinning unsuccessful connection

We have added another gateway in Iceland - is3, provider: Flokinet. is1 will be removed from operation, we will announce the details after date is finalised.

Second gateway in Iceland (is2 / EstNOC) is in operation.

Our Iceland gateway is down due to an issue on the ISP side. We are working with them to reinstate the server as soon as possible, no timeline at the moment. We will update this thread when resolved.

Hongkong hk3 gateway is getting a replacement server in a new data center on 12 FEB and will be offline for up to 4 hours from 9AM UTC. Customers connecting to hk3 with custom setups need to update their configuration after the completion of this process. hk2 remains available.

@ivpnnet @ivpnstatus guys there is a huge problem with your service. Going to the website it says ERROR 503 BACKEND FETCH FAILED. I can’t even connect to the application either
