Existing plans upgrade automatically. Standard VPN = 5 devices (was 2). Pro is now Pro Suite = 10 devices (was 7). Pre-Nov 2020 (legacy) accounts are excluded from additional services. Please contact support for migration options.

@Lucifan_Sam Hi Sam, Multi-hop is still included in the Pro plan. We are rolling out major upgrades for IVPN accounts, including new services for Pro plans. During this process we made an error which disabled Multi-hop in IVPN apps. We are working on the fix, it will be resolved today.

@ivpnnet I have suddenly lost the option to connect via multihop - is this due to the update? (I have a pro suite subscription)

Starting today, IVPN Pro subscribers with at least 1 month remaining on their account can access the modDNS beta → standalone DNS filtering service with granular blocklists and custom rules. Get started via the modDNS tab in your account dashboard: ivpn.net/en/account/

We are shutting down IVPN gateways us-ga4 (Atlanta) and us-nj1 (New Jersey) on 29th April due to data center partner discontinuing services. Customers with manual WG/OpenVPN configs should switch over to us-ga3 and us-ga5 in Georgia; us-ny2, us-ny3, us-ny4 in NY or us-nj4 in NJ.
