Today, I went to Utawala. Very good 1 & 2 bedrooms at Ksh 15k to 20k... The prices are so low that I doubted. Here at Springview, 2 bedrooms are going for Ksh 28k, minus water and electricity. Total, sometimes comes to Ksh 33k. Utawala people, are those prices of yours genuine?
