Hi Failures @ntsa_kenya kindly clarify something for the public.
Do traffic laws apply to boda bodas or are they officially exempt?
If they are exempt, please gazette it and make it official so the rest of us stop pretending the rules of the road matter. Otherwise one would think we are simply running a chaotic banana republic.

Omwami @orengo_james Im honored to even know you, privileged that i get to learn at your feet, an inexplicable twist of history that I get to call you a comrade in a fight for a better Kenya, just like you did with my Uncle Lawrence. Mimi yangu ni kukuombea maisha marefu. Happy Birthday Sir! History will be kind.
@atolemad@TheNairobiTimez@MOH_Kenya@KenyaNCCK@kmpdu@Kenyapaeds The problem is there at the top, the rest are working. They don’t live & learn. Citizens constantly share their concerns but leaders hoard resources & do their own things.
Like now, every ministry needs a functional page because people report grievances & share great suggestions.
@TheNairobiTimez I believe this is also a call to @MOH_Kenya@KenyaNCCK@kmpdu@Kenyapaeds to create awareness about these conditions and how parents can manage them. It is not easy, and maybe the parent did not understand how to manage it. Action needs to be taken to educate and support parents.
