@IWGplc_ IWG doesn't pay their freelancers on time. I sent my invoice for payout in August on time but haven't received payment.
The only way to follow up for payment is via IT ticket and guess what, I cannot access their IT system when I don't have access to the company email.

@IWGplc_@szeliu@spacesworks Good luck getting a customer service representative. We raised support cases, emails, in person follow ups and after 3 months got a 3 line reply showing they had not even read the case. @IWGplc_ has the single worst customer service I've ever seen.
Disappointed with @spacesworks under @IWGplc_: A system error caused a declined payment, yet they charged a late fee instead of using the backup card. Other hidden fees & poor transparency have made our experience extremely frustrating. #scam

If you ever consider a coworking hotdesk at @IWGplc_ aka #spaceworks : recline to pay a retainer. It's impossible to get it back. Support is slow and incapable, need to get chased nonstop and can't solve a simple international payment for the refund.
