@scottkerk When you're in the app, tap the three horizontal lines in the top left corner, at the bottom you will see the account name. Click on that and you will get the option to sign out.

@iZettleUK One question though, I was told to log out of the app.. that seems a little more difficult than I anticipated. How do I log off? There’s no log off tab on the app..(?)

@iZettleUK how can I get hold of someone to sort out this problem aim having. Three emails been ignored and customer service dropped the phone call half way through the conversation (after 20 min wait to speak to someone!).

@iZettleUK trying to help my parents set up their account. They’re registered to login etc but when I put in the additional info including company number it says the numbers already registered - not sure how this is possible when they haven’t registered it with you in the past?!
