@Se_Railway my daughter has just left a small pink child’s handbag in the waiting room on platform 1 at Eltham Station, if it’s handed in what would be the best way of getting it back?

@AsdaServiceTeam @Georgeatasda this is how my delivery just arrived. Nothing on the box to say it was fragile and two of the bowls are smashed in half. I’d like them to be replaced but don’t want to have to pay yet another delivery fee

@LNER They must have had their eyes closed then to have missed a train pull into the station on the platform in front of them. Which trains went through? Even according to your website the 19:15 hasn’t been through yet and it’s now nearly 8pm.

@sophsryan There definitely has been. They can take the delayed 20:29 that arrives at 20:43. My apologies for their experience this evening.

@LNER my parents are waiting to get on a train at durham to king’s cross. Their 18:40 train was cancelled and nothing has come through the station southbound since. Will there be a train for them to get on this evening?

@LNER They haven’t. they’ve been stood on the platform since 6pm. There’s been north bound trains but not southbound

@sophsryan Services have ran passed there in the last 2 hours.

@LNER when?! They’ve been there 2 hours and nothing has come through.

@Se_Railway is there engineering work tomorrow on the bexleyheath line from eltham to london bridge? When using journey planner it keeps telling me the only option is a victoria line train and to change at lewisham but I can’t find anything to say there are works on the line?

We have paid into a protection plan with @DandG_UK for nearly 4 years at a cost of over £700. Our oven stopped working 2 months ago and they’re only just resolving the issue. According to their terms they’ll replace it with the same product or one similar. (Tweet 1)

(Tweet 2) @DandG_UK this is #falseadvertising. We’ve now been told that in order to replace our current oven with the same model we have to pay a £400 supplement. The oven retails at £899, so we would in fact be paying £300 more than the ovens retail value. What a scam.
