Why is my order taking so long to be delivered?? I ordered and it was meant to be 5 working days. I ordered on 30/09 and today is 11/10. Your email says another 3-6 working day. This is not acceptable. @hm

@hm_custserv You asked for my email and address yesterday at 4.30pm. I replied yesterday. You replied at 2.30pm asking for my name!!!! I have since replied. It’s another day lost and no closer knowing where my parcel is!!! I would like a response tomorrow morning at the lastest.
