@JMV1070 have you noticed the weight that Haliburton has put on? I’m a little concerned he won’t have the same spring in his step when combining that with his injury. And isn’t Zubac another Sabonis? Bookmark this tweet and look back in February of next season.

@mcuban They should also work on getting rid of Fan Duel Sports TV for the local TV coverage and/or make it possible for fans to watch without an overly priced subscription.

Why the NBA should embrace tanking - The NBA has kate been misguided thinking that fans want to see their teams compete every night with a chance to win. It’s never been that way that way. When I got into the nba, they thought they were in the basketball business. They aren’t. They are in the business of creating experiences for fans. Few can remember the score from the last game they saw or went to. They can’t remember the dunks or shots. What they remember is who they were with. Their family, friends, a date. That’s what makes the experience special. Fans know their team can’t win every game. They know only one team can win a ring. What fan that care about their team’s record want is hope. Hope they will get better and have a chance to compete for the playoffs and then maybe a ring. The one way to get closer to that is via the draft. And trades. And cap room. You have a better chance of improving via all 3 , when you tank. We didn’t tank often. Only a few times over 23 years, but when we did, our fans appreciated it. And it got us to where we could improve, trade up to get Luka and improve our team. The nba should worry more about fan experience than tanking. It should worry more about pricing fans out of games than tanking. You know who cares the least about tanking , a parent who cant afford to bring their 3 kids to a game and buy their kids a jersey of their fave player Tanking isn’t the issue. Affordability and quality of game presentation are

@KBowen1070 About the Zubac trade. Does it not seem like we’ve essentially replaced Turner with another Domontas Sabonis type of player? Just seems ironic.

To takeoff from the moon they needed 3,000 gallons of fuel. This is the lunar lander in its totality. This is the amount of fuel it would need. The devil is in the details.

@KyleHollSays @tobyliiiiiiiiii They use Starlink to help fund the development of Starship program, and they need reusable ships ASAP to launch more satellites and expand the Starlink constellation.

So they need to develop a moon lander starship and a refueling tanker starship. Neither of which need to re-enter the atmosphere. So why work on heat shield tiles and flaps? Look for them to focus on fuel transfer exclusively in future test launches. And testing of legs and hot gas landing thrusters. How many flights do they need to fuel the moon lander starship for a lunar transfer?

SpaceX is reportedly internally targeting June 2027 for a Starship uncrewed Moon landing and September 2028 for a crewed Moon landing. These dates will only hold if SpaceX meets the June 2026 target for an in-space propellant transfer test between two Starships in orbit.

@SawyerMerritt @Starlink This is promising. Much needed to compete with 5G home internet. Still needs to raise the cap and expand the map before it’s truly competitive and I’ll switch

Based on Starlink's 8M customers and growth of 14,250/day, assuming ARPU of $110/month (from industry estimates), current annualized revenue is ~$10.6B. Projections for 2025 from analysts like Quilty Space and others range $11.8B-$15.5B, factoring in hardware sales and military contracts. Growth could push it higher if sustained.
