@berniemoreno They are dangerous drivers. I constantly have to be aware while driving in Central Ohio. Just the other day a Somali woman came to a complete stop to make a right hand turn, no turn signal. Then was driving 20 miles under the speed limit, swerving and on her phone.

Very sad events. I do not know if this is lack of training or distracted driving or speeding. Maybe we need more available tracking to understand the causals. Whatever is measured gets action. Just seem to hear about trucks plowing into/over people and want some serious investigation and recommendations based on insights.
