74% of stablecoin payment volume are domestic. The remittance narrative we've heard up to now isn't wrong - it's just not the whole story anymore. some people know i am a walking data collector. i have - my Stelo CGM (helped me learnt why whole foods DO matter, you can see the gradient slope) - Oura to guilt me on my sleep (only fell sick once last year) - Whoop (because u can't do weights with an oura) - Garmin watch (for runs) - Garmin HRM (for slow runners like me in denial and pray that data can help my vert/horizontal ratio) i screenshot it into gpt to correlate the trends, it's pretty freaking cool. love to learn people's health stacks and stats from your chief (health) data plumber in the thread! credit to @samlauj for cartoon
