@OfficialFV poor after sales support, ordered dining table and chairs, table arrived and delivered faulty, technician came to repair, table is now worse, no update a week later. Poor response
@vauxhall poor customer service, ongoing complaint and nobody can even give me an update , let alone sort out the refund that I have been waiting a month for!

@vauxhall still awaiting an update from 2 cases I have logged, without a car which has a major fault at 10 months old. No courtesy car, no update as to length or time for repair. Nobody prepared to support, between the dealers or Vauxhall!
@evanshalshawuk appalling customer service from your Vauxhall Leeds branch. Car 10 month old, major fault, no update as to length of time car will be in garage, no courstey car despite being under warranty. Literally being passed from pillar to post, staff are rude an unhelpful!

@JohnLewisRetail purchased a Xmas gift online, arrived today, no cellophane wrapping, nor bubble wrap, simply thrown in a Jiffy bag. Item bashed, box all scratched and scuffed, looks awful 😞
@evanshalshawuk just bought new EV car, no sat nav, when advised the model had one, also was told free home charger… contacted octopus as advised, they want £688!
