@aarondfrancis AND even better if I can set a "primary" process, that runs right on project.solo with no port needed

@aarondfrancis idk how possible this is, but I would FREAK if Solo included dev domains for my projects to solve the annoying 1000 ports issue. So all of my processes in "Project" would be like project.solo:8000, etc.

Annoyed @vercel blocks deployments now if there is an author mismatch. Can't justify $20/m for simple static websites. Moving to @Cloudflare pages for these simple sites.

@yongfook @Celiksei Why not add a new release notification/announcements inside the app so the next time they log in they can see the changelog with read/unread capabilities

@Celiksei Good question. I think it’s useful for new users to know what’s in the latest update and when, gives them a sense of the product velocity. But it’s not essential. I don’t think I look at the changelog of new SaaS products that I purchase.

Something I legit wrestle with… is it worth keeping a public changelog anymore for your SaaS business? Any competitor can basically now automatically ingest the updates and get Claude to make PRs. It only gets them a scrappy level of parity but… still 😭

@austinginder I think I’m at the point where the only time I’d build out a CMS integration is for clients that require the need to edit their content. You can build out static sites in AI so fast and manage the content is one swoop. It just adds a layer of complexity that isn’t needed.

Rethinking my own WordPress site. Generating HTML is so easy now. Friction comes translating that HTML to block editor, but is it? If you start with empty WordPress and have AI build a custom theme and a custom block plugin... then the pipeline starts to get really good.

@JakeDohm Yeah I don’t do that enough 🤦‍♂️ Always just iterate which is not the most efficient.

🚨 This is slick! Coming soon to Burrow: Pull your own JSON/XML feeds on a schedule. First-class or custom channels, real envelopes—not a side spreadsheet.

@siebird If you haven't received an email yet, you passed 😄! The bar is really really low tbh ahah, and based on what you're describing, you're far from being refused!

🚫 Big change on Uneed!! From now on, we're going to refuse all the generic tools we're seeing everyday on launchpads. This non exhaustive list includes online converts, AI video/img generator, collection of free tools, invoice generator, low quality AI wrappers. Why? 👉🏻 Because there are A LOT of interesting, innovative, smart ideas published on Uneed every day, but they get drowned into AI slop! 👉🏻 Because we get A LOT of fake accounts from China and India submitting hundreds of those shitty AI-generated websites 👉🏻 Because I want to keep giving a do follow backlink to everyone. It's not possible when 90% of the products are low quality one. TLDR; at Uneed, quality > quantity. Note: if your product is refused, you can still pay to skip the line and publish it. If you're convinced your product is worth this, it's good for me!

Funny how quick things are moving with AI and development. I bought vertical monitors 6 months ago for coding. Now I'm at the point that I want all my monitors horizontal again to view more windows in context. 🤷‍♂️

The plugins auto-detect what's installed on the site — Gravity Forms, Freeform, Formie, WooCommerce, Craft Commerce — and start streaming events immediately. No manual field mapping. No webhook builder. No third-party connectors. 👨‍🍳 useburrow.com
