@SouthportCor There is a very popular and large Clark St bar received a massive rent increase effective for either MY2027 or 2028 and said they are not renewing. They are going to be relocating to the Vines location 👀. Going to be interesting to see if anyone bites at the rent ask (insane $)

@Travis_Sawchik I’ve been to 31 MLB parks and PNC Park is by far the most overrated park. There’s nothing special about the ballpark itself. It’s probably barely in the top 50%. I don’t understand the appeal.

There's are two key reasons why PNC Park is, quantifiably, the No. 1 retro era park without debate. And it has nothing to do with the awesome backdrop (though that is certainly a plus)

Seiya Suzuki, who’s dealing with a right knee injury, will not be ready for Opening Day, Cubs manager Craig Counsell said. The club has not yet decided whether Suzuki will start the season on the injured list, but it appears to be trending in that direction.
