Tomorrow at midnight is the action deadline for the Virginia governor to approve or veto bills. Remember - the governor can do these things; 1. Do nothing and the bill is enacted at midnight on Tuesday 2. Sign the bill anytime before 1159pm Monday. 3. Send amendments to the bills for the general assembly to approve or reject 4. Veto the bill. My bet is - a lot of the 2A bills will be amended and one will be outright vetoed. Tomorrow will be a very busy day. The transportation bill is the absolute biggest mess. It’s not fixable. She either signs a disaster which will be shot down almost immediately by the courts or veto the bill and put it out of its misery. Stay close tomorrow.
