@hotflashinc Tbf it’s menopause in SOCIETY we should be addressing .. menopause is not a workplace issue perse but the sum of all parts.. home , social , friends , family, education , doctors , retail, travel , lifestyle .. and yes work .. work has a part to play but not the whole part …
