SMOLDER FINALLY HAS A GOOD RUNE THIS SEASON
Smolder is literally one of the best users of Deathfire Touch since he has an unmissable single target ability and a ton of easy to land AOE splash damage
ALSO he's able to build black cleaver which has an insanely broken interaction with this rune letting you stack the cleave really fast and keep up the +20ms almost permanently
Anyways here's his best build now into pretty much any team that isnt 5 ranged champs -
Essence Reaver > Black Cleaver > Shojin > Pick 3 - Deaths Dance | Maw | Overlords Bloodmail | Endless Hunger | Hullbreaker | RFC
DFT, Nimbus Cloak, Celerity, Gathering, Magical Footwear, Jack of all Trades

@MartyMCouey @mayaofspring There are more people who will die in Iran due to the fact that infrastructure has been bombed. Particularly hospitals and schools. Those are innocent people. Famine and starvation will kill more. Not having access to clean water will kill more.

@DistantCoder @Barkeye52 @Review_bra There is no way you think these 2 are comparable in how easy to parse they are. You just play ygo much you've learned all the meta cards by heart, and you know how to interact with them just based on experience.

quick effect normal spell and pendulum summons are all basic gameplay mechanics but lifelink is unreasonable to expect a new player to learn

Most of the things on Endymion are basic gameplay mechanics (the pendulum zone for example), or something comparable to magic (counters). I get it, you don’t play other games and like to ragebait, but let’s not argue for the sake of arguing.

@Cupworth @soundofblackbox IB doesn’t prevent effect resolution, so if IB was summoned as part of a chain in which other monster effects have already been activated, those effects would still resolve as well. However new effect activations would likely be prevented depending on boardstate

If you meet the requirement to activate a monster effects under inspector boarder at the time of activation and tribute a supertype for cost, the effect will still resolve

ignoring using endymion seriously as an example but genuinely this is the first readable magic card I have ever seen. I didnt know they could print these without saying flying, cbt, spritiually israeli, or whatever the fuck that youre just expected to know beforehand
