So when will it rain again for portions of the Southeast?? Tough question to answer. I would look for increasing chances of rain as we move over the next several days but I don't have any high confidence in a heavy rain/storm event. Even with an increase of rain chances, it will be very isolated stuff so just expect low end chances of rain between now & Friday for many. Most of the energy will pivot around the Southeast. We will look to see if a larger storm system can move in around the Sunday to Monday period. Between now & Saturday morning, I don't expect much rain. Most haven't seen rain in at least 2 weeks. (which was the day of the severe weather event that didn't materialize)
