For people with pets: do they sleep on your bed? Ren is NOT allowed on our bed but for the last week or so he has been sneaking up on the bed while we’ve been sleeping to cuddle up next to us…so we’ve been waking up to this. (I just took this picture, Ren is still sleeping 😭)

@MrKWisconsin Fresno Teachers Association negotiated this into our new contract! I think it’s an extra $5000/yr for 25+ and $10000/yr for 30+ years of service. This is on top of the salary increases for the BA+90 column.

Here’s a thought. Let’s prioritize large salary increases to educators who are committed to staying in the classroom long term.
