Make sure you pay attention when you start up the game. If you do not update your save data after a new patch this is the result. But that is just one way it happens. If it’s being caused by something else then that is very scary. #WWE2K26

@jacobjones033 @StryzerSTW because I kept hearing more and more about this as it relates to 2k wrestling games. Even one of the youtubers I was listening to at the time kept bringing the topic of up data getting deleted from 2k22 and I thought at the time it can't be true, something is up with 2k games

This again shows they did not implement any bug fixes from last year. Make it make sense. Why does this happen every year? Do the 2 teams developing each iteration not speak to each other? #wwe2k26 @WWEgames

@RonDiesel12 @StryzerSTW Nope every other game I've got in the last 20 plus years has never had it's progress deleted unless I've accidentally deleted it myself

Officially clocked in a hundred hours in #WWE2K26 and I must say that this is starting to become one of my favorite yet most frustrating 2K so far, I'll probably just tweet my thoughts on the whole game in this thread.
