@MartinSLewis paid by DD for last year with Octopus account was £1600 in credit as shown in Feb statement. As of last week we are now £1600 in debit and they want to increase payments 250% as they hadn’t sent out proper bills and the ‘billing specialist’ has now looked at it! 🙏

@OctopusEnergy monthly meter reads from us a change of tariff from you £1600 in credit then overnight we’re £1600 in debit and you want our monthly payments to go up 300% is this a joke?????

@AskWIZZ STILL no further in trying to access a delay claims form. All you do is send a link to a page that doesn’t give me a form and any other way in days page not found??? 🤯🤯🤯 Can I have the form emailed across there must be a way!!
