How to survive tribulations:
The most important thing is learning how to accept the situation and finding peace in presence.
Learn how to breath and let the worries go. Breath deep, relax your muscles, and breath out through you mouth.
Observe yourself and how you react to the stimulus that is overwhelming whether from inside or outside you, and develop mechanisms to avoid spiraling.
Focus on your health first before helping others.
Do not give into hate or anger.
If you don't understand the power of forgiveness and humility and believe in higher powers and purpose you will have a hard time going forward. So learn the Lord's Prayer whether or not you're a believer. You will eventually but don't forget it gets darkest before the dawn.
It's all by design.
Strengthen yourself during the day, be happy that you're taking the steps you need to, and rest easy at night.

I committed a an initial draft to the Gno.land constitution to my branch docs/jae/whitepaper PR #5005.
Also we agreed that the manifesto would be separate from the whitepaper, and the team is tasked with finalizing the whitepaper.
The idea is that the WHITEPAPER, MANIFESTO, and CONSTITUTION are each top level documents in the docs folder.
