@dmightyangel Did you not hear the Supreme Court cautioning against entertaining Political Parties matter and stated that they lack jurisdiction over it. The High Court matter by God grace is a cross over. No court has the jurisdiction to entertain an internal dispute of a political party.

Antebellum is out of the way now, but ADC must Go back to High Court that they ran away from.... Settle Nafiu Bala Gombe case in High Court...., then appeal Court, then Supreme Court likely.......Return to the trial court, but antebellum is no more a roadblock. Settle Leke ABejide Case in high Court, then Appeal Court, then likely SUpreme Court ADC State Chairmen Case was taken yesterday and caretaker and Convention nullified, so Settle this in Appeal Court and probably Supreme Court Settle Deregistration case by NFFL in Court May 5 2026 Settle other cases pending..... You have Just less than 30 days.... But if you want to move, you have less than 10 days now to join another party....

Supreme Court Judgment Obliterated the Sam Anyanwu Faction - Maduabuchi The Supreme Court judgment settled the factionalistion in the PDP conclusively. I don’t know why there is so much frenzy over the Ibadan convention. The convention is not what took people to court. What instigated the court proceedings was the need to determine the authentic leaders of the PDP. The Ibadan convention is simply tangential to the matter. Everything Sam Anyanwu has done on behalf of the party was invalidated, including the March 12 convention because he had been expelled from the party leaving the Turaki faction as the only recognised faction. @Abdulbasit_Mus @OfficialPDPNig @SenSamAnyanwu The SC asked both factions to maintain status quo, the FHC and the court of appeal had earlier suspended Anyawu. The Supreme Court upheld the suspension, ensuring a "doctrine of nullity" on actions taken during that period.

Woye doing everything possible to make us believe Contesting in ADC is dangerous because of cases are still there. I don't know why y'all Scared of ADC, with your 31 governors and more than 100 former governors, with the most strong structure. Let opposition be, let meet at polling units. It is Democracy. If Tunibu is doing great you won't suffer like this trying to depend him All the time. Nigerian knows what they are feeling.

Wabara-led PDP Board of Trustees Announces Takeover of Party Leadership The Board of Trustees (BoT) of the PDP has announced that they have taken over the party's leadership following today's Supreme Court decision. They said this is because the Supreme Court decision invalidated the November 2025 National Convention that took place in Ibadan, Oyo State. Additionally, the Supreme Court confirmed the suspension of Senator Samuel Anyanwu, Hon. Umar Bature, and Kamaldeen Ajibade from their positions as National Secretary, National Organizing Secretary, and National Legal Adviser, respectively, from the party. Senator Adolphus Wabara, Chairman of the PDP BoT, made the announcement in a statement on Thursday evening. The statement by the PDP BoT partly reads: “This constitutional intervention of the BoT is so as not to allow any leadership vacuum at the national level of our party following judgment of the Supreme Court. “Sadly, the Supreme Court, today delivered an unpleasant judgment against our party in which it pronounced an invalidation of the 15th to 16th November 2025 National Convention of the PDP held in Ibadan, Oyo State, which produced the Kabiru Tanimu Turaki-led National Working Committee of our Party. “While the Supreme Court invalidated the Ibadan Convention, it also in a unanimous decision of the five justices on the panel, upheld the suspension of Senator Samuel Anyanwu, Hon. Umar Bature, Kamaldeen Ajibade as National Secretary, National Organizing Secretary and National Legal Adviser respectively from the Party. “The implication of today’s judgment by the Supreme Court is that all actions taken by Senator Samuel Anyanwu, Hon. Umar Bature and Barr. Kamaldeen Ajibade including the appointment of Abdulrahman Mohammed as Acting National Chairman, the composition of the National Caretaker Working Committee and the conduct and outcome of the March 29th, 2026 Convention in Abuja are illegal, null and ab initio void. “The consequential invalidation of both the Abdulrahman Mohammed-led as well as the Kabiru Tanimu Turaki-led Working Committees directly places the statutory onus of leadership of our great party on the shoulders of the Board of Trustees (BoT) as the Second Highest Organ of the Party, pursuant to the express and unambiguous provision of Section 32 (5) of the PDP Constitution (as amended in 2017). “Against this backdrop, the BoT hereby immediately assumes responsibility of the national working leadership of the PDP as immediate constitutional remedial steps to foster genuine reconciliation, salvage, stabilize and return the party to good political health. “In the light of the foregoing an emergency meeting of the National Executive Committee (NEC), pursuant to the provisions of Section 31 of the Constitution of the PDP will be summoned to, among other things, appoint an Interim National Working Committee to take charge of the National Secretariat of our Party and pilot the affairs of the Party at the national level so as to meet all the timeline in the Electoral Act, 2026 and ensure that the PDP fields candidates and also emerged victorious in all elective positions in the 2027 general elections. “Consequently, all staff of the PDP are hereby directed to resume at the National Secretariat of the Party under the leadership of the BoT ahead of the appointment of the Interim National Working Committee. “The BoT commends the courage, effort and resilience of our governors, Governor Bala Mohammed and Governor Seyi Makinde, the National Assembly caucus, the National Ex-officios, the Forum of PDP State Chairmen and State chapters, the Youth and Women Wings and other organs and bodies in the PDP for standing strong for the party at this trying time. “The BoT therefore calls on all leaders and members of the party to jettison all personal and group interests and come together as one family in the overall interest of our Party, democracy and the wellbeing of millions of Nigerians whose hope are anchored on the PDP. “The PDP has suffered enough; the painful victims of this unfortunate episode is the Nigerian people. The time has therefore come for us to make sacrifices, sheathe our swords and embrace genuine reconciliations for lasting peace and chart a new course for our party.”

You always write intelligently which has attracted a lot of people including me, to read your opinions on things, in this case, why didn't you decide to list all the tangible things that Atiku has done that have been impactful at least that's what intelligent people do. If you are being truthful why can't Atiku respect zoning There is still life after politics

PRESS STATEMENT April 30, 2026 SUPREME COURT JUDGMENT AND THE CONTINUITY OF LEADERSHIP IN THE PDP The Board of Trustees of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) acknowledges the judgment of the Supreme Court delivered on Thursday, April 30, 2026. For the avoidance of doubt, the judgment of the Supreme Court simply affirms the earlier decisions of the Federal High Court and the Court of Appeal nullifying the purported National Convention of the Party held on the 15th and 16th of November 2025 in Ibadan, Oyo State. As the conscience and the moral compass of the party, the BOT fully respects and accepts the judgment of the Supreme Court. Consequently, the legal position remains clear and unambiguous: the said Ibadan Convention stands nullified, and any structure emanating therefrom has no legal foundation.  Accordingly, the leadership structure of the Party under: Alhaji Abdulrahman Mohammed – National Chairman Senator Samuel Nnaemeka Anyanwu, FCIPA – National Secretary remains the valid and stabilizing authority to guide the affairs of the Party at the national level. The Party remains fully functional and will continue to operate through its recognized organs in line with the Constitution of out party (as amended in 2017). Necessary constitutional steps will be taken, as appropriate, to further strengthen the Party’s unity, stability, and preparedness for upcoming electoral engagements. We call on all members of our great Party to remain focused, united and committed. Consequent upon this, the BOT advises the National Working Committee to immediately constitute a National Reconciliation Committee to reach out to all aggrieved members of the party across the country.  This is a moment for discipline, loyalty, and collective commitment to the ideals and future of the party. The PDP remains strong, resilient, and committed to its historic mission of providing credible leadership to Nigeria. Signed: Senator Mao Ohuabunwa, PhD, NPOM Chairman  Board of Trustees

@braj24169070237 @HonorableBayo Ignore this fellow. I doubt if he understands how the Supreme Court works. There is absolutely nothing to judge anymore in regards to the party leadership. Even if they return to the FHC! There was a judgement here that will be taken into consideration at the FHC! 😂😂

A lot of people are confused about the Supreme Court judgment concerning ADC. Here is the breakdown: The Supreme Court did TWO things at the same time: 1️⃣ It said the case should go back to the High Court 👉 Meaning: the case is NOT finished yet 2️⃣ It CANCELLED the “status quo ante bellum” order 👉 Meaning: the earlier instruction to return to the old leadership arrangement is gone 📌 So what does this mean? There is NO final winner yet The real judgment will come after the High Court concludes the case The temporary arrangement that was in place has been removed. 👤 Where does this leave David Mark? 👉 David Mark may benefit for now because the order affecting his position has been cancelled BUT: ❗ This is NOT a final victory ❗ His position can still be challenged when the case is fully decided 🎯 Simple summary: Supreme Court did NOT decide the final winner — it only removed a temporary order and sent the case back for proper judgment. The real battle is still ongoing. ~@HonorableBayo
