And it’s official. I’ve gotten a lot of questions about him the last two days. I think he’s a very talented pitcher, but I would not drop a starter with upside who is performing right now, like Braxton Ashcraft, Payton Tolle, or Max Meyer, etc.

Forgot to mention one more player! ⚾️Daylen Lile - starting to heat up! Over the last 2 weeks, he's hitting .280 with 7 R, 2 HR, 5 RBI, and a SB (his only on the year). We all of course want him to steal more bases but the popular target in drafts this year by many is coming around. Nationals have some guys who can hit. Lile should be in the middle of that. 52% rostered in Yahoo.

@MartienBall 2 consistent behaviours of the Fergie era: 1. If a player lost the ball, they ran like they were on fire to win it back. Everyone. 2. When we scored, all players joined together to celebrate the scorer and the goal. Everyone. Watch them now, effort and spirit sporadic at best.

@JasonBeck82 @WhitecapsFC I was young but I seem to recall the name players like now weee at the end of their runs. Alan Ball, Kevin Hector come to mind. I remember a game off the start Hector scored from centre because the goalie hadn’t fully returned to his net to start the game.

Throwing this out for debate for those trying to place the significance of the Thomas Muller signing with the @WhitecapsFC: biggest Whitecaps signing ever or biggest since Rudi Krol in 1980? People forget the Caps signed some very high profile players in their latter NASL years.
