@Fat_Electrician I saw the exact same ad on my feed today too. So I went and looked at the Disney+ app to see if it was available and I am sad to say that it was not.

Question for the lawyers: From what I understand, Disney deleted the movie Togo so they could claim it as a loss and write it off. It’s no longer legally available to stream or purchase anywhere. That said, they’re still using Togo in ads for Disney+. Wouldn’t that potentially open them up to a class-action lawsuit for false advertising?

NYS Open Meetings Law – Section 103(d): “Public bodies shall make or cause to be made all reasonable efforts to ensure that meetings are held in an appropriate facility which can adequately accommodate members of the public who wish to attend such meetings.” This move likely violates state law and opens them up to civil litigation.
