It seems @digitalocean London datacenter just had a major glitch for 5 mins resulting in instability and false alerting from our service. Sorry about that.

@moss_sh - why is it that you only respond to our tweets? Your product is inaccessible again and no response via your support email. I am told this is happening all too frequently... Disappointed is an understatement!

@moss_sh - we've been unable to login to Moss for nearly 24 hours. I sent in a message to support@moss.sh like you had previously advised but yet to hear anything. If these issues we are having persist we are going to have to seriously reevaluate.

@benz001 @moss_sh Nothing I'm afraid. We're looking to move away as their support has dropped off a cliff. Looks like they have frozen development too as it's now littered with bugs that prevent our developers from getting on with their job.
