Why are we not getting any services from CRB? Ni madharau au ni ukosefu wa nidhamu? In fact they don't even respond to our query!!!
@HudumaKenya last Thursday I managed to get all my documents from your centre within an hour! Good job...But since Thursday we are yet to get even an acknowledgement from CRB on why we cannot access their service,despite that we are paying for it!! Pls follow up
@Barclays_Kenya ...she brought Mr William Oduor,who was rude! Maybe because that was not his job. I requested him to give 20,000 in 50s or 100s. He told me the bank doesn't have any,and thus I should either take 1000s or go to another branch! He said in an arrogant manner..
