@Hyundai_UK It’s not the fixing that’s the problem, it’s the fact I’m expected to cover the cost of the repair when it shouldn’t have happened with only just over 30k miles on it. The mechanic has confirmed this a disgrace and should be met with goodwill from Hyundai

@Hyundai_UK Our car is only 6 years old and the timing chain has gone at 33miles despite having it serviced annually. When I called Southampton branch re fixing/any goodwill was met by rudeness, a disgrace considering we have two Hyundais and have for 13 years. Please assist?
