@goal_villa46296 Emery's football is all about finding a way to win (apart from the big games) but it is dull and boring and I agree I don't enjoy watching us anymore.

I realised months and months ago, I didn't enjoy the football under Emery anymore. I felt it had become stale, slow, overcomplicated and down right boring to watch. Football for me should be a get away for 90 mins, and not leave me feeling frustrated most weekends #avfc

@Thejourneyman01 @StanCollymore So we were only restricted to paying 180k a week for Sancho, Signing Elliot and not playing him and spending 35MILlION pounds on Guessand to loan him out, signing Tammy for 20 mill to never play him. FFP hurts but our recruitment is the issue. And Emery is in charge of that.

@StanCollymore I think because of the restrictions placed on us the team has not been improved for this season in depth. We are playing with last seasons engine and actually have done far better than we should have. The major players are tired and it shows on them!

Villans and interested observers elsewhere, the platform is all yours. I believe that this group of players are exceptional ambassadors for the club, good humans and have given me a world of happiness the last 3 seasons. I can accept a weakened side to face Spurs today aslong as we absolutely go to war against Forest on Thursday. It took until the 95th minute to register a shot on target which was a goal from Buendia. I expected more from us today. #AVFC

Disgusting from #AVFC today. Made Spurs look like Brazil in that yellow kit. Not one tackle put in, not an ounce of desire. Barely approached a second ball. Played off the park by a team that’s won 1 game in 2026 (Against Wolves).

@simonlines IF Emery intentionally threw that game no matter the reason then he needs to go. Big IF but if one of my employees did that they wouldn't have a job.

@TyBracey He is the best coach we can get. He is playing with Dean Smith players because our recruitment has been poor, miss after miss in the transfer market is down to Emery. He has had money and spunked it up the wall. FFP hurts but recruitment is the biggest issue..

@VillaViews_ Fail to get CL football though league or cup then maybe Emery needs to walk. At the least someone needs to take his control off him, let him coach but someone else needs to control the transfers.
