I think it's fair to say these young ladies were much better at singing than promotion! Lovely to meet some of the cast of The Doncastrian Chalk Circle. More than 100 locals will perform alongside professional actors for the @NationalTheatre at @castindoncaster @itvcalendar

I went to a baby group yesterday where the babies had to ‘pick’ toy vegetables and the v enthusiastic group leader said ‘everyone grab an aubergine’ and I said ‘that’s how we got into this mess in the first place, amiright?’ and literally nobody laughed

@nedglasier Omg yeah totally terrible for the back at any age. One tip I had for this was to hold her upright on shoulder and walk or step left to right instead of rocking side-side in a cradling position which is more stress on your body x
