@The_Rad_Dawg @Kerrcybertruck Having the ability to run 3:45 doesn’t guarantee the OLY team bc of the nature of the 1500. (Nuguse mussed the world team last year) Both are probably very likely to make the team, Marathon probably a much more favorable chance to make the team 95% vs maybe 80%

@Kerrcybertruck You would most certainly make the Olympic team and also the Olympic finals as a 3:45 miler. Only two Americans (Yared Nuguse and Cole Hocker) have *EVER, IN HISTORY* run that fast.

You’re making more money running a 2:02 marathon in appearance fees and prize money, not to mention I’d be the best American marathoner ever 3:45 mile would be more fun, but I probably couldn’t even make the men’s Olympic team with that
