@thane_black @_Al_X_andra I had to document it, so during this nigtmemere I wrote it in my head piece by piece, using voice recognition to talk it into my notes, and months later when I was well enough to read i pieces it all together. I became a poet that day, before I hated poetry

@TomKindlon I think the CBT/GET crowd have the treatment of ME/CFS patients the wrong way around. If someone spent time listening to the chat amongst pwME, they'd discover that they all want to do MORE than they can and they need psychological support to ACCEPT they're ill and to DO LESS.

“'All ME groups are supportive of psychological support to support the mental health of the sufferer…The issue comes In when that support is presented as a [curative] treatment.'” The CBT & GET manuals say one can do more whatever level you are at ie you can work up to 100% 😡
