@AndrewMorganRCT Does similar apply in Pontypridd? It seems so counter intuitive these days to block things like boot sales & charity fayres which if held in the right location would serve to increase footfall to the markets blocking them? Say for example a Sunday boot sale in Sardis Rd car park?
