@timstillman_ Predictably she's a target now. She's entitled to her views (which most inc. myself won't agree with). Her confidence/belief are no doubt attributes that served her well as a player but feel misplaced here. That shouldn't make her a cancel target tho. Hope she is ok.

Going forward I think there are some outlets (you know the ones) who will happily have her on to farm for more hate clicks too. I think she was wrong (not that anyone needs my opinion on that!) but I hope she is able to disconnect from the abuse and takes some good advice.

I think (personally) Eni Aluko has said some daft things this week. I also think there are some shitty accounts on here that know it’s feeding time and are farming engagement out of her for hate clicks. (Especially those taking other quotes from her deliberately out of context).

Rude, patronising, spoke over me and JL failing to provide an alternative case manager. Still in dispute. I will never buy from them again. Good luck!

@johnlewishelp why is your phone customer service so atrocious! I had to endure a call with a JL representative who was condescending and patronising, and actively trying to place false blame on me to get me to accept an outcome that was different to what I had been promised!!!

@JohnLewisRetail what do I do when a case manager won’t let the customer finish talking or allow them to speak to someone else who may be willing to listen about a washing machine leak. Their suggestion to escalate was go through court!

Things escalated to the point where the club decided to delete all posts mentioning Skye Stout in an effort to stop the bullying from haters.
