@LemuelIrabor @drkeithsiau I believe that is the correct use of terminology too many people refer to macrocytic anemia and don’t understand when that might be clouded on the computerized blood count unless red cell distribution is included. Iron deficiency can mask the B12 deficiency.

They cant just stick you on there.
