Without the British Museum, many of these artifacts would have been destroyed over time, and history would have been lost.

@iamyesyouareno The same British museum that has equipped their museum with stole African heritage. They did not only colonise Africa but stole from Africa and today they'll insult Africa for still being under developed.

As a kid growing up in Northern Ireland, I dreamed of winning all four majors. Being able to bring these trophies home was truly surreal.

15 years ago, we made prescriptions free in Scotland - while people south of the border pay £9.90 an item. For as long as the SNP is in government, we will always protect free prescriptions. On May 7th, vote SNP.

Not really, no. An almost impossible bar was set for a reason, imo. Even if that bar is reached it’ll most likely be ignored by Westminster. The only route to indi left I can see is via the UN decolonisation case that’s been put forward. What this election could prove though, without a shadow of doubt, is Scotland is a colony. If the SNP reach their near impossible target of an outright majority in Holyrood and Westminster still refuse a referendum then Scotland is a colony.

Reform UK Scotland has unveiled new election van adverts featuring an image of a small boat with asylum seekers on board. Worth noting Scotland has had no known small boat landings. @LBC | @LBCNews | @LBCNewsScot

Interesting - and slightly worrying - to hear Marc Guehi saying "It's not easy putting the shirt on." Are we back to the days when England players said the shirt hung heavy on their shoulders? That was the mentality Gareth Southgate worked so hard to banish.

Farage's Reform are not a serious political party policy-wise. Rather they are a bunch of prejudices & emotional spasms. 20 years after the smoking ban was introduced in Scotland they want to abolish it. A policy with 87% support across GB & 88% support in Scotland.

There is a longstanding policy on Question Time not to invite MPs on in their local constituencies unless it’s for a single-issue special programme. This is why Mike Tapp MP appeared on the panel in his constituency for the immigration special in Dover.

I seem to remember being on Question Time, a few months ago, in Dover…my constituency. You were too scared to even put a Reform MP up for tonight it seems. Weak.

Today (24 March) is the anniv. of the Union of the Scottish & English Crowns in 1603, when James VI of Scotland also became King James I of England (France and Ireland) Never forget: Scotland wasn't colonised by England (as the SNP claim) It was a Scottish king who united the Crowns in 1603 and it was Scotland that first called for a union with England (1690s), resulting in the Act of Union in 1707, which created Great Britain and a single parliament. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

@RafHM @QuinanLloyd Again, it's simply romantic nonsense, lapped up by the terminally servile. There could be no union, because the crowns represented different things. In England, the crown is sovereign. In Scotland, the people are sovereign, the crown is embodiment of the realm of the people.
