@SamsungUS Yes but my laptop is purchased from US.. I am a citizen of US and right now I am in India for some project.. so you want that to repair the laptop I should come back to US. You are a brand and you should solve problems all over the world.. so what you are telling is unexpected

Super disappointed by team. I have called them 8 times in a month everytime they give a commitment that they will solve the issue but nothing happened.
Samsung is a big brand but their customers support is very poor.
I will never buy any product from them..

@SamsungUS So let me tell you that your customer service is really bad. I am from Pune, India. I tried your service from months but no revert from anyone . I have purchased one of the best Samsung laptop but your team don't seem to care reverting to me.. very disappointed.
