August 1st of this year SB25-003 will be implemented. This is the most egregious gun control bill the USA has seen in quite some time. Colorado Parks and Wildlife has been tasked with the implementation of this permit to purchase process. I wish I was optimistic but the rejection of the SAVE Act is the canary in the coal mine regarding who much of Congress really serves and a constitutional amendment requires 2/3s of both houses.
