Just finished #Murph2021. 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, 1 mile run. No vest. 5/10/15 cycle on the pull-ups, push-ups and air squats. Bands halfway through pull-ups. A lot of walking on the second mile. 64:19 #MemorialDay

I already knew I loved the book Atomic Habits by @JamesClear, but I like it even more now knowing theres’s an Alabama/Auburn reference in Chapter 17. #WarEagle

Recently, while listening to the audiobook version of Atomic Habits, by @JamesClear (he’s the narrator), I thought I heard him say, “habit snacking”, when in reality he said, “habit stacking”… now I can’t get the former out of my head.

@beingandyjones I’m whatever age it is when you know that you’ll go to bed before the game is over.

While I know my kids are anxious for in-person classes to return it seems like the last year of remote classes hold lessons for possible future change. I enjoy the occasional slow morning due to “asynchronous” days. Maybe Fridays just become a remote day?
