HYROX is a gruelling test of strength, speed, dark humour and power and combines 8 stations (ie row, long jump burpees, sandbag lunges, sled etc) interspersed with 8x1k runs. It’s also an AMAZING event & if you’re craving some self-inflicted suffering you’re going to love it 😅

Apparently the term “bucket list” was originated by J. Zackham in ‘99, he thought it was more elegant than, “to do before I kick the bucket”… and Grose's 1785 Dictionary of the Vulgar Tongue defined “kick the bucket” as “die” - obviously. Regardless: @NimmoBayResort #bucketlist

@drgurner I’ve experienced more success with smart work over hard work… have you read Seth Godin’s “The Dip”? Fresh perspective on quitting… “The Cul-de-Sac ...(French for dead-end) is a situation where you work and work and work and nothing much changes. Winners quit fast, quit often.”

If you are willing to work hard, over a long enough time horizon, almost anything is possible.
