@johnkonrad @VermillionRich For those who haven’t been paying attention, roughly half (54%) of Canada’s fleet is unserviceable. Of their 12 Halifax class frigates only 5 (some sources say 7) are readily deployable. On paper only one of their 4 submarines is deployable.
