Reminder that usury is a sin.
Yes, people should know how interest and minimum payments work.
But that doesn't excuse an immoral practice.
I always get flak when I call out usury, and it just boggles my mind that anyone defends it.

Democrats invoke the pain of the past because they have nothing to offer in the present.
They need outrage.

The U.S. government writes far too many blank checks, spending borrowed money with no meaningful oversight.
Examples of waste, fraud, and abuse abound, which should surprise no one given how the government spends your hard-earned money.
It’s time for a constitutional reboot—one in which we review the proper role of the U.S. government and dramatically curtail spending accordingly.

Thus far, the SC does not seem to agree on the constitutional question. Secondly, the government must be funded so we will have a tax of some kind regardless. My take is that it should be so simple that a 3rd grader can arrive at the sum owed and it should apply evenly across the eligible population.

There is a growing group of people who seem to never stop to think what will happen when other people decide two can play that game. They don’t stop to think what horror will our children bear witness to in their own yards and streets? How many will we bury from violence, starvation, and infrastructure breakdown.
