@Vick_8122 Everyone just immediately getting mad at him or trying to counterpoint something he didn’t even say, he’s not shitting on the attitude era he’s just talking about the different match style back then

Mina Kimes says Arch Manning should consider the Browns, highlighting Cleveland’s strong defense as an ideal situation for the top QB prospect.
"It's the Cleveland Browns that really caught my attention. If I'm Arch Manning, given the family's history with Eli, I think I want to play for the Browns, who, by the way, already have a great defense."

@CoachKenK I live in the Cleveland area and just was in Nashville last weekend…. It’s not even close

@Rob_Shenanigans Her saying that Watson is the front runner isn’t the problem. Her saying that he should be and we are wasting time by not making him is a problem.

thank you to everyone who shared this article, please continue to share and repost the original link so that Dave's humiliation is thorough and complete.

This is why I laugh when the IWC tries to tell me Goldberg was never over
Notice Goldberg didnt have to do 10 flips to get over
And notice who his opponent was which is a testament to how great a heel he was
😂
Wrestling News@WrestlingNewsCo
Can wrestling look and sound something like this again? Is it possible?
English

@davemeltzerWON You’re an asshat that lives in your own contrived bubble. Yes wrestling historians would know everyone who mentioned. What makes Hogan different is the rest of the planet knows who he was
English

Funny, that's why I'm considered to be among the most knowledgeable in the world on history, because I actually know different people and eras and the actual history. You'll notice that every historian who has come in has talked about how big all of the top tier guys (of which Hogan is one) are. If you read history or talked to people who were alive you'd realize the business didn't start in 1984 and the U.S. is not the world. A smart person who reads would study Rikidozan, Gotch, Londos, Santo and Inoki rather than got mad a bunch of historians bring them up.
Marlin Arabo@MoneyMafiaMar
@davemeltzerWON You know what Dave, that’s why you are never considered a real journalist and even long time people in the business don’t respect you because you ssy garbage opinions like this, whether you like him or not, if it wasn’t for him, there would be no wrestling today. End of story

@KenCarman So glad you spelled that correctly. Would have been over if you didn’t

@RuiterWrongFAN Daryl I’m not reading shit. I want to watch this guy catch passes for first downs and touch downs.

@OurTriumph @rosenbaumlaw @davemeltzerWON lol. This isn’t the win that you guys think it is. Shawn baited him and Bret took it, dropping to Shawn’s level of pettiness. Seeing as he is the one that got jobbed, I would say Bret lost
English

@rosenbaumlaw @davemeltzerWON The key was also Bret saying he was glad to do the honours, and Shawn responded he was glad to hear it, but he wouldn't do the same for him if the situation was reversed.
That was Bret's last straw.
English

Bruce was fine with me until he did an episode burying Bret Hart for Survivor Series 1997, and his viewpoint was fine, EXCEPT he never mentioned Bret had creative control in his contract. I couldn't not point out the oversight, it's like leaving out the single most important fact in who was and wasn't right in the story, the actual contract both had signed. From there it became his gimmick which he called me up and admitted to me was a work. I'm sure he's worked himself into a shoot because that's what people who do that and get blowback usually wind up doing, but maybe I'm wrong.
Smesser8807@smesser8807
@HeyHeyItsConrad @davemeltzerWON And Conrad was given the first class understanding of why Bruce doesnt like dave 🤣🤣
English

No. How can you not see this?
When you do this, you annoy, anger, and upset a segment of fans who support NXT.
And you know what they turn around and do? Take it out on the person you complimented bedside they dislike you or what you said. Is that fair to the person you complimented?
Usually you do this to adults and I either leave it alone or message you privately about it.
But this time you did it to a 14 year old kid. Now there will be a corner of the internet that will always hold what YOU said against HIM.
I respect your work and contributions to the industry more than most.
But be better Dave. Stop tearing down the young men and women trying to learn their craft and get better in front of a global television audience.
And for goodness sake, learn to compliment a 14 year old young man without making things harder for him.
Dave Meltzer@davemeltzerWON
Because it's an accurate statement?

@JtGWrites @CaptainBulshat @FadeAwayMedia And his little routine was the biggest thing in wrestling for almost a decade and help wrestling explode
English

@jason__hernan @CaptainBulshat @FadeAwayMedia 😆 Enough with the glaze.
Up until maybe 2002, Hogan has never shared the ring with anyone who was a technical genius at the time.
He faced giants because he could easily do his little performative “get beat up, Hulk up, boot, leg drop” routine.
