@NeelBParekh Lol I’ve heard it about 1,000 times in my life. I prefer his young years comparable.

Nick Huber is leaving a ton of money on the table. At this point, everyone knows his partnership strategy. But there’s a path for him to build and sell a $100,000,000 franchise brand within 3 years. Using ONLY his Twitter... Here's the math 👇👇👇

@brianbeers The issue with many franchises is their websites and their marketing are not nearly as effective as it can be. This is as an opportunity in the space for those who seek to become franchisees and have the chops to do their own marketing / augment what the franchise does.

"Done-For-You Lead Gen" is one of the best trends in franchising The franchisor does all the marketing to generate leads, that flow to a call center, that end up on your schedule Here's how it works:

@sandykory @pitdesi Yes it was sold for $7.5mm, and the company sold for $350mm at one point. We bought it in 2020 for a small fraction of that price. It was one of our best deals of all time. Domains that can be built into digital brands that define an entire category are worth overpaying for.

OpenAI paid $11M for AI.com, one of the top 10 most expensive domain purchases ever. Tesla.com was also $11M. Broker said he sold it to someone “in the NFT space” 😂 2 letter domains are hard to come by + hot sector so $11M actually seems cheap!

This summer I lost ~15 pounds. 15% bodyfat to about 11%. I feel shredded and strong. The key: getting my diet right. My fav tool for helping: MyBodyTutor. My nutritionist makes a plan, and calls/texts me daily to review yesterday's food and the current day's plan.

I’m looking to invest in an AI bot that ingests your deceased loved ones social media, texts and emails to immortalize the person for real conversations. Forever Anyone doing this? Bonus if they use a saas/paywall. Who would churn and pull the plug on a loved one?

.@elonmusk why not just throw a few billion at a new media platform, hire the best/brightest to build it, incentivize the smartest content creators, and within 18 months you have a twitter competitor for a fraction of the cost
